O7 Counseling of Minors

The online module “Advice for Minors” addresses the counseling of children and young people affected by racism. What needs to be taken into account when advising minors? What impact do power relationships have in the context of counseling with minors? The module addresses the areas and levels of discrimination that children and young people experience. It offers a critical discussion of the topic as well as methods for discussing racism in a child-friendly way and creating a supportive counseling setting.
