Module: Counseling process, referral counseling & networking

The German Anti-Discrimination Association (advd) invites you to the project “Community-based counseling” to the module “Consultation process, referral advice, networking” The following topics will be covered:

  • Overview of the consulting process
  • Methods and exercises for conducting conversations
  • Input and practical exercises for clarifying the task
  • Conversational skills for effective referral counseling
  • Establishment and development of a referral network

Target group:
The module is aimed at independent consultants in civil society counseling centers who work with discrimination cases.

Note:
This module is one of the compulsory modules as part of the Joint Certificate in Community-Based Anti-Racism Counseling (2023–2025)Therefore, consultantsinside the project partnersinside have priority in the selection.

Interested parties can apply until 18 April 2025 with this form online Send a registration request. After registration, you will receive confirmation of your participation.
