Peer case consultation (law) – Reimagined: Flexible, urgent & practical

You know how it is: The daily routine of advising is packed, and there's no time for extensive case preparation. That's why we've revamped the format of peer case consultation: it now takes the form of a legal consultation, and no preparation is required from the advisors. This new format offers experienced advisors a great opportunity to present your cases in a timely and practical way!

The (legal) peer case consultation takes place in two sections:

1. First section: Discussion of specific legal questions/problems

No prior registration is required to participate, and interested parties do not need to submit a written case description in advance. If you have an urgent legal question, simply join us spontaneously. You will receive a legal assessment of your question, which you can then immediately apply to your specific case.

2. Second section: In-depth case discussion

In this section, we will discuss individual cases brought to you from the consultation in detail and classify them legally. Important: A detailed description of the cases beforehand is not necessary. Please simply let us know in advance if you will be bringing any cases to this section and what they relate to, as we will only discuss a maximum of three cases per appointment in this section.

Participants can therefore decide whether to attend both sections or only one of them.

Registration: To receive the access link, a short registration is required (so that we can send you the data).
