Peer case consultation advd and ADS

With peer-to-peer case consultation, the anti-discrimination advisory service of the advd and the advisory department of the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency are launching a new exchange format. The aim is to offer anti-discrimination advisors professional support and to promote exchange. Legal questions, questions about specific cases or challenging case constellations from the advisors' own consulting practice are discussed.

The selected cases and questions are discussed with two experienced consultants (one from the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency and one from a civil society advisory center). A legal classification is made and the issue and possible courses of action are discussed together from an advisory perspective.
