Collegial case consultation with the ADS

Peer case consultation takes place regularly and is an online format offered by the Anti-Discrimination Advisory Service of the German Anti-Discrimination Association in cooperation with the Advisory Department of the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency. Its aim is to offer professional support and promote exchange. Participants discuss legal questions concerning the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), questions about specific cases, or challenging case scenarios from their own consulting practice. During the two-hour peer case consultation, selected cases and questions are discussed with two consultants (one from the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency and one from a civil society organization).
