This online workshop offers an introduction to the use of advd case documentation in AD counseling. The goal of the training is to understand the role, main principles, and fundamentals of applying advd case documentation in everyday counseling. The practical use of case documentation will be practiced and discussed together using case examples.

Our Process

Due to limited space and increased demand, we have to make a selection. The maximum group size is 25 people.

Participation in the event is free. Selection criteria are:

• Work in a civil society and independent advice center with a focus on anti-discrimination
• Distribution of participants according to their sphere of influence in the respective federal territory

• Consideration of underserved regions

The workshop will be led by Levin Husen. Levin Husen studied political science and psychology in Heidelberg. In addition to his studies and career, he was involved in civil society projects in the field of anti-racism and democracy promotion. Initially, he worked as a student trainee at the European Coalition of Cities Against Racism (ECCAR) on colonial continuities and the colonial legacy of cities before taking up his position as an anti-discrimination consultant at Mosaik Deutschland eV in 2021. He was also primarily involved in networking at the state and federal levels in the field of anti-discrimination consulting.

As a structural development officer within the association, Levin Husen supports the networking of actors in the field and accompanies the establishment of advice centers and networks in the federal states.

target audience

The workshop is aimed at consultants from independent, civil society anti-discrimination counseling centers who would like to learn the basics of working with advd case documentation.
