Dr. Bartek Pytlas holds a doctorate in political science. As project manager, he is responsible for the documentation area and coordinates the strategic development and evaluation of case documentation in anti-discrimination counseling.

Eva Maria Andrades is a qualified lawyer and has been working in anti-discrimination consulting and work for over 10 years. As managing director of advd, she is responsible for overall strategic management.

Ilka Simon worked for over 10 years as an AD consultant and speaker on AD work. As project manager, she coordinates projects in the areas of qualification and structural development to strengthen independent AD counseling centers in Germany.

Karina Woll assists her colleagues in the advd office across multiple projects. She also oversees the planning of events and training sessions and handles a large portion of the back office tasks.

As a consultant for structural development, Levin Husen supports the networking of actors in the field and accompanies the establishment of advice centers and networks in the northern and eastern German federal states.

The Anti-Discrimination Association Germany

The German Anti-Discrimination Association is an umbrella organization of independent anti-discrimination advisory centers. Its current 38 member organizations from 13 federal states have many years of experience in anti-discrimination work. All member organizations pursue a horizontal or cross-characteristic approach and understand discrimination as an intersectional or multi-dimensional phenomenon.
