ADAS – Contact point for discrimination protection in schools
Short presentation
The Contact Point for Protection Against Discrimination in Schools (ADAS) is an independent counseling center. We advise and support students, parents/guardians, teachers, school staff, and school trustees in all Berlin districts who have experienced discrimination at school or wish to take action against discrimination.
ADAS provides advice and support equally on all dimensions of discrimination (racial discrimination, discrimination based on ethnic origin, gender, religion/beliefs, language, sexual and gender identity, disability and chronic illnesses, age, social background and social status).
In addition, we offer further opportunities for support and information through training courses, publications and workshops for schools, parents and the interested professional public.
